This is the kind of message we don’t enjoy writing. We’ve always believed that the few issues involving unpaid extras were honest mistakes — small errors on the client’s part, and we’ve tried to be understanding.
However, since it has apparently become a trend to add extras, remove them before finalizing the order, and then demand those extras claiming it was a "system error" (which is simply not true), we feel it's necessary to make a few things very clear:
✅ From now on, we will NOT add any customization or extras that are not properly selected and PAID for at the time of purchase. No exceptions.
🚫 We will no longer tolerate disrespect toward our team. If you’re having a bad day, we kindly suggest going for a walk in the park, drinking some tea, or doing a bit of yoga before lashing out at our staff. We are professionals and deserve to be treated as such.
This message is not directed at our amazing clients — many of whom have been with us since the very beginning of this journey. It’s aimed at the few “smart folks” who think they’re far more clever than they actually are.
LaFont Athletics is built on hard work, dedication, and mutual respect. We will continue to deliver our best, but with fair and clear rules for everyone.
