When will I receive my order?

Delivery to most physical addresses typically takes between 10 to 25 business days.

Please note that custom or special orders may require an additional 2 to 4 business days for processing.

Orders weighing more than 2kg or containing more than 10 shirts may be shipped in multiple packages.

What should I do if an item is missing, defective, or incorrect?

In rare cases, deliveries may be delayed or lost due to force majeure events or other unforeseen circumstances. Occasionally, packages may be held or lost by customs authorities.

If this happens, please don’t worry — we will resend your package at no additional cost, and ensure that you receive your order.
